These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the NEXORA Insights platform and related subscription services. By subscribing to or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

NEXORA Insights provides subscription-based access to digital intelligence services, including interactive dashboards, analytical reports, forecasting models, optimization tools, AI-generated insights, and decision-support information. The Platform is intended for informational, research, and analytical purposes only.

2. Subscription Plans

Access to certain features requires an active subscription, offered on a monthly or annual basis. Subscription fees are displayed at checkout and are payable in advance.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, all activity under their account, and providing accurate registration information. Account sharing is prohibited.

4. Platform Availability

NEXORA Insights aims to provide continuous access but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Platform may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, models, forecasts, analytics, visualizations, reports, software, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of NEXORA Insights. Users may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system operation, use automated scraping tools, or share access credentials. Violation may result in immediate account suspension.

7. No Professional Advice

Information provided through the Platform constitutes analytical and research-based content only. The Platform does not provide financial, legal, operational, engineering, or regulatory advice. Users remain solely responsible for decisions made using Platform information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXORA Insights shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, business interruption, or reliance on forecasts or recommendations. Platform use is at the user's own risk.

9. Termination

NEXORA Insights reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where these Terms are violated, fraudulent activity is detected, or payment obligations are not met.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

1. Subscription Services

NEXORA Insights provides access to digital subscription services. By purchasing a subscription, the user gains immediate access to digital content and platform features.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not generate refunds for the current billing period. Access remains available until the end of the paid period.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation prevents automatic renewal but does not entitle the subscriber to a refund for unused months unless required by applicable law. Access remains available until the subscription expires.

4. Refund Eligibility

Because the Platform provides immediate access to digital services, subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Refunds may only be considered where duplicate payments occurred, billing errors occurred, or access could not be provided due to a platform issue caused by NEXORA Insights. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Subscription Renewal

If automatic renewal is enabled, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Users are responsible for cancelling prior to the next billing cycle if they do not wish to renew.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect name, email address, company name, billing information, account details, subscription history, and platform usage information.

2. How We Use Information

Information may be used to create and manage accounts, provide subscription services, process payments, improve platform functionality, communicate with users, and maintain security and prevent fraud.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers, including ZIINA. NEXORA Insights does not store complete payment card information.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, and government authorities where legally required.

5. Data Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

6. Data Retention

Information is retained only as long as necessary to provide services, maintain accounts, and comply with legal obligations.
